Kimono are shipped internationally from China. Crafting and shipping typically take one month. Because of this, we offer shipping completely FREE. Worldwide.
We have not had problems delivering to any particular country including US, Canada, and Australia. If you are worried about your qipao making it through customs please contact us. Not receiving your item falls under the 110% money-back guarantee.

Kimono are guaranteed! We are positive you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. But buying on the internet is scary. Especially from another country. Rest assured if you are not satisfied for any reason, simply send your purchase back within 90 days for a 110% refund.

 To return you item, please contact us with the reason for returning. You will be given the address most convenient for you to return you item.


Refund Policy

REFUNDS (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

After this, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds are for product cost. We do not refund any shipping costs to send your product back. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. CUSTOM ITEMS (if applicable) If we have not made your custom item we can issue a refund. Unfortunately custom products that have already been produced are nonrefundable. .
